Purpose:

Deliver a high-impact, in-person conference that advances wearable robotics through carefully curated content, demonstrations, and strong community engagement.

Our goals are to:

  • Design a balanced program spanning industrial/occupational, defense, research, and testing.
  • Run a demo of the ExoWorkAthlon with clear safety protocols, transparent rules, and reliable scoring/benchmarking.
  • Provide an excellent experience for attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and media.
  • Create a common ground for academics, researchers, and users to meet and exchange knowledge and experiences.

Recent Deliverables & Activities:

  • Call for presentations, planning, review, and speaker confirmations.
  • Craft a two-day schedule with keynotes, panels, demos, and posters.
  • Work with A+A on advertisement and floor space.
  • Coordinate on post-education credits for attendees.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing & Communications Workgroup
